Terms of Service
Effective date: September 15, 2026.
Who operates this service
Autism Benefits Guide is operated by Duston McGroarty, an individual in Texas. Contact: support@autismbenefitsguide.com. These terms cover www.autismbenefitsguide.com.
What the service does
We provide independent informational guidance about Supplemental Security Income (SSI). You answer screening questions and may receive an explanation of why SSI could fit your reported circumstances, followed by a saved action checklist. When information is missing or the screening cannot support a result, we explain that further information or review is needed.
We are not the Social Security Administration or another government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. We do not decide eligibility, award benefits, file applications, represent you before an agency, or guarantee a particular outcome. Our guidance is not individualized legal, medical, or financial advice. Official agency requirements, notices, deadlines, and decisions control. Applying for SSI through Social Security is free.
Your account and information
The service is intended for adults. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and use the service only for lawful purposes. Only provide information about another adult when you have their permission or other lawful authority to do so. Being a parent does not by itself establish authority to act for an adult child.
Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, payment-card numbers, medical documents, or other records through screening fields or support messages. The first version does not accept document uploads.
Screening and checklist limitations
The current version screens only for SSI and does not compare all benefits programs or address every exception. Rules and official processes can change. Review the official sources linked from your result and tasks, and contact Social Security about your specific circumstances. Marking a task complete records your progress; it does not submit an application or confirm government approval.
Price and access today
Payments are currently disabled. Creating an account does not start a paid trial or authorize future charges. Existing users will not be automatically enrolled in paid access without agreeing to a purchase.
If paid access is introduced, the proposed offer is US$5.99 for the first seven days, followed by US$29.99 per month until canceled. The checkout must explain the amount, renewal timing, applicable taxes, and cancellation method before purchase. The Refund and Cancellation Policy will apply to those purchases.
Acceptable use and service changes
Do not attempt to access another family's records, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or use another person's credentials. Access may be restricted to address misuse or security threats. Availability may be interrupted for maintenance or technical problems. Material changes to these terms will be identified by an updated effective date and appropriate notice. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
